Delete your account
You can delete your Choreo account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it — you do not need to reinstall the app.
In the app (fastest)
Open Choreo and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and personal data are removed.
By email (no app needed)
Send an email to privacy@choreo.nl from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We use the sending address to verify the request, then delete your account and personal data. We complete deletions within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity.
- Your personal data and any completion photos you added.
- If you are the last member of a household, that household and its shared data are deleted too.
- If other members remain, your membership is removed; the shared household continues for them.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Backups and logs that may briefly retain data are purged on a rolling basis.
